The role of the business support assistant/scheduler is to provide confidential administrative support to managers, using appropriate systems, procedures and resources. To also ensure a quality service is delivered to customers, OCS policies and values are complied with and reporting deadlines are met.
You will provide a wide range of administrative support to colleagues specifically within your team but also generally across the Company. This includes responding to standard enquiries and correspondence, inputting data onto the in-house system, producing various documentation, maintaining your manager’s diaries and meeting schedules and undertaking other tasks as instructed.
On occasion the successful applicant will also be expected to cover reception duties and respond to telephone and face to face enquiries, so it’s essential to the role that you have exceptional communication skills, great attention to detail and a willingness to complete tasks to the highest possible standard.
