Home Carer- HICT South

At Olympus Care Services, we aspire to provide the best possible service to every individual we support. Our aim is to do everything we can to make our customers’ aspirations a reality.

 

Our Care Assistants provide practical, personal and emotional care and support to Olympus Care customers who may have a range of different health and social care needs.

 

Your responsibilities may vary from helping customers to get washed and dressed or assisting with medication, to supporting customers with their weekly shopping. Your role will  encourage customers to remain active and engaged within their community, which plays a pivotal role in maintaining their independence.

 

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, enthusiastic and kind, and will always enjoy going the extra mile to accommodate the needs of every individual we support.

 

We can accommodate both full-time and part-time hours. No experience is required as full training will be provided.

Salary: £16,412 (plus a market supplement of £656 per year, pro rata until 31/03/2020 when this will then be reviewed)

Team: HICT South

 

Hours: 32.75 per week. Majority of late shifts, alternate weekends.

 

It is an exciting time to be working in local government in Northamptonshire with the journey towards the creation of two brand new unitary authorities in April 2021.  The committed approach from the whole public sector to deliver the two unitaries will present significant opportunities for joining up and transforming service delivery to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
