Home Carer – START South

We are recruiting Home Carers with on emphasis on reablement into our busy START South team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with experience or willingness to learn, to support  customers reablement on a daily basis including personal care. The role requires working 1-1 with individuals out in the community. Being able to work alone, with in a team and having good communication skills is essential to the role. It is essential that you have a current driving licence, are flexible in your approach to work.


Full time and part-time roles available.


Rota includes earlies 07:00-15:00, lates 15:00-23:00 and alternate weekends.

We can be flexible on start times, provide a vehicle if necessary and offer a start from home option

Salary: £16,412 (plus a market supplement of £656 per year, pro rata until 31/03/2020 when this will then be reviewed)
