Our Care and Support Assistants provide crucial care to our customers in all aspects of their daily life based within an Older Person’s residential home setting. If you are dedicated and passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives and want a career you can be proud of, this could be the role for you!



  • Helping customers to get washed and dressed. Providing manual handling support and personal care.
  • Providing medication support in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with health professionals.
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior members of the team.
  • Arranging and taking part in activities within the home such as games or film nights.


Abilities & Skills:

  • Compassionate, enthusiastic & kind. Good listener and to provide guidance and advice to our residents
  • Ability to manoeuvre residents as required, using different manual handling equipment.
  • Good verbal communication skills. Being able to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Good IT skills for online training, learning and development courses. Ability to maintain straightforward, clear and concise records.
  • Dedicated and passionate about making a difference in our customer lives


Location: Obelisk House, Northampton

Rota to include: Full time and Part time hours available. To include Early shifts 07:30-14:30 & Late shifts 14:15-22:00 and alternative weekends.
