Community Support Worker – Corby Group Home

As a Community Support Worker you will act as a key worker for a set amount of individuals, assisting with the provision of positive intervention and support for adults with mental health problems, physical and/or learning disabilities.

As a Community Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as key worker to a set number of customer’s. Supporting with hygiene routines and medication management
  • To support adults with mental health, physical and/or learning disabilities to encourage and promote independence
  • You will act as the first point of contact with Home Carers, providing advice in regards to any query that arises
  • Managing customer care plans. Making sure they are accurate, correct & up to date




  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health & social care
  • Previous experience within a health or care position



Base location: Corby Group Home

Positions also available in: Kettering and Wellingborough also

Working hours & rota: Various hours available. Early shifts 7am – 3pm, late shifts 3pm – 10:30pm and alternate weekends.
