Community Support Worker – Pine Lodge

At Olympus Care Services we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and are always looking for friendly and enthusiastic people to join our team. We are now looking for a Community Support Worker to join our Pine Lodge service.


As a Community Support Worker you will be responsible for leading the shift, so excellent leadership and communication skills are key in this role. You will also liaise with other care professionals as and when needed. Working closely with customers you will help to determine on-going reablement requirements and establish appropriate support plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer care plans are regularly updated and successfully implemented.


You must be able to work flexibly, covering earlies, lates,  alternate weekends. You will be enthusiastic and able to work to deadlines, being experienced in a care setting preferably with a qualification in adult health and social care.


Ultimately the successful candidate will be a fantastic communicator at all levels, be flexible and reliable, able to work to deadlines and also be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
