Community Support Worker – Assistive Technology

We are always on the lookout for individuals who want to give their time back to the community at Olympus Care Services. We are now looking to recruit a dynamic team member to join our friendly team as Community Support Worker. You will have excellent leadership skills and will be responsible for shift leading.  You will be a good communicator and be able to effectively liaise with other professionals and health providers.   Above all you will demonstrate a passion for providing high quality care and support to our customers.

Looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated Community Support Worker (Installer Technician)  to join a hard working Assistive Technology (AT) Team, primarily responsible for telecare installations. Most days will be spent out of the office delivery and fitting telecare into customer homes.The person needs to have excellent customer and communication skills with the ability to work with a range of other professionals. A knowledge and interest in electronic assistive technology with a social care background would be preferable and advantageous as much of the work is supporting social care to meet customer needs with AT. Some administration skills are also required as there is also some office work involved. Its exciting times for the AT Team as it conitnues to grow and the staffing structure encourages progression within the team for those successful candidates that have a desire to progress, as opportuinities arise.

Location – Chedworth House, Northampton
