Community Support Worker

Here at Olympus Care Services, we pride ourselves on the different services we offer our customers, meaning we are always looking for passionate individuals to join our brilliant team.

 

As a Community Support Worker you will act as a key worker for a set amount of individuals, assisting with the provision of positive intervention and support for adults with mental health problems, physical and/or learning disabilities. Within this role your help and support will be aimed to help promote and encourage independent and community living.

 

You will act as a first point of contact for Home Carers, providing support and advice in regards to any queries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer care plans are regularly updated and successfully implemented.

 

This role requires people with an enthusiastic and compassionate approach who want to support our customers to get the most out of life in every way possible. This may involve providing general assistance with hygiene routines or medication management, or supporting customers to undertake practical tasks in order to help maintain their physical wellbeing and/or improve their living conditions.

 

The successful candidate will be a fantastic communicator at all levels, be flexible and reliable and also be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
