Home Carer – Eleanor Lodge

As a Home Carer, you will provide high quality and compassionate care for adults in their own homes, enabling them to remain living independently whilst supporting their wellbeing, rights and choices in alignment with their personalised care plans.
You will provide a range of care and practical support; varying from assistance with personal care including assistance with dressing and washing, to support with meals, medication, and general domestic tasks. You will have an empathetic and passionate approach to care, ensuring each individuals dignity, privacy, independence and choice is supported and encouraged along the way.

Salary: £16,412 (plus a market supplement of £656 per year, pro rata until 31/03/2020 when this will then be reviewed)
Shifts to include early, late and alternate weekend shifts
Location: Supported Living – Eleanor Lodge, Northampton
