Salary: £17,068 (Pro Rata)


As a Home Carer, you will provide high quality and compassionate care for Adults in their own homes, enabling them to remain living independently whilst supporting their wellbeing, rights and choices in alignment with their personalised care plans.



  • To support adults with disabilities within their own home. Occasionally providing manual handling support also
  • Tasks to include personal care, medication and preparation of meals.
  • Attend social activities within the community, support with bill paying and attend medical appointments.
  • Comply with care plans and own personal choice of the individual.
  • To be flexible with your working hours.


Abilities & Skills:

  • Compassionate, enthusiastic & kind
  • Supportive listening and to provide guidance
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills for online training, learning and development courses.
  • Dedicated and passionate about making a difference in our customer lives


Location: Roles available in Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough

Rota to include: Weekend only shifts



  • Up to 6 weeks’ leave (pro rata for part-time)
