Eleanor Lodge is a modern and welcoming residential home offering short-term accommodation to adults who are aged between 16 and 65 and have a diagnosed learning disability.
Located in a residential area, with good access to local amenities and public transport links, Eleanor Lodge received the Olympus Care Services Home of the Year Award in 2013 for its high quality services and accommodation.
Up to eighteen customers can be accommodated in the three flats and two houses all of which are purpose built to encourage life skills and independent living.
Eleanor Lodge can provide short breaks, also known as respite, as well as transitions and are supported on a 1:5 ratio. If 1:1 support is required this can be arranged at an additional charge.
On arrival all customers are given a thorough base line assessment of their needs which is updated throughout their stay within Eleanor Lodge. The base line assessment helps the staff and the customer recognise what the customers would like to achieve, and what the customer needs to achieve, to gain full independence. This could range from life skills, money management, work, volunteering or any other aspirations the customer would like to work towards.
Eleanor Lodge can be booked by completing an enquiry to Northamptonshire Adult Social Services, click here.
