Short-Term Care At Home – Helping You Regain Your Independence

If you have recently experienced a sudden change to your health, routine or lifestyle, and you’re finding it difficult to continue to live independently, we can help you to get your life back on track.

Our dedicated short-term care team helps people like you to remain at home and live safely and independently.

After you are referred to us by your health or social care professional, we will talk to you and put together a personalised plan to help you to regain your old skills, develop new ones and improve your confidence.

Whether you need our support for a few days, or a little longer, our caring team can make your daily life easier and help you access specialist equipment and longer term support if you need them. To find out more about the equipment we have, please take a look at our Practical Equipment page.

In most cases, our short-term care and support is a free service, whilst we work with you to decide what help you may need in the future.
