Olympus Care Services are recruiting to a Shift Leader position within one of our busy older person’s residential home.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key worker for designated customers. Ensuring they are supported in all aspects of their life.
  • Monitoring and administering medication, personal care and as directed by their individual care plan, help maintain health and wellbeing.
  • .Prioritise and direct the workload of team members accordingly, ensuring any issues are dealt with as they arise.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in and effective and timely manner.
  • Liaising with health care professionals.

 

Abilities & Skills:

  • Compassionate, enthusiastic & kind
  • Supportive listening and to provide guidance through good verbal communication
  • Ability to cope under pressure, work flexibly and reliably
  • Good IT skills for online training, learning and development courses
  • Dedicated and passionate about making a difference in our customer lives

 

Location: Obelisk House, Northampton

Rota to include: 37 hours per week. Monday – Friday including alternate weekends
