At Olympus Care Services we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and are always looking for brilliant people to join our team.
Working in our residential home as a Shift Leader, you will provide practical, personal and emotional support to customers in alignment with each individual’s care plan. You will be supporting them to live as independently as possible whilst providing companionship and friendship for our customers.

You will also be responsible for administering medication, ensuring records are robustly reviewed and providing overall support in ensuring that Olympus’ care standards are consistently met.
Shift Leaders are required to work flexibly, covering both early and late shifts and alternate weekends. It’s pivotal that you are able to liaise effectively with other professionals and health providers, so the successful candidate will be both a fantastic leader and communicator with a compassionate, kind and enthusiastic attitude to care.
