Supervisor – Pine Lodge

At Olympus Care Services we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. We are now looking for a Supervisor to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can effectively lead a team ensuring that quality standards are met in line with Care Quality Commission requirements. You must be able to work flexibly and be enthusiastic and able to deliver to deadlines.

Within this role duties will include:

  • Responding to referrals
  • Undertaking social care assessments with customers and evaluating ongoing support plans to meet assessed needs.
  • Acting as a key worker for an identified group of customers ensuring support arrangements are regularly reviewed.
  • Liaising with health, housing and social care professionals.
  • Supervising and appraising a team of staff.
  • Identifying training requirements and continued professional development to enable staff to operate more effectively within standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service records using company information systems.

You will also be responsible for the day to day provision of a safe and comfortable environment from which the service can operate to provide and deliver care and support to meet the needs of our customers. You will also ensure that customers’ well-being and dignity are maintained, and that they are properly safeguarded.
